The Vessel
60-Day Container for Inner Work ~ Autumn 2026
Enter a sanctuary for daily reflection, undivided attention, and creative emergence. Through guided inquiry, self-discovery, and steady presence, stop performing your life and start being in it.
The Vessel is a 60-day challenge, built on the consistency of approaches like 75 Hard, 75 Soft, The Miracle Morning, and The Artist’s Way.
It is structured container ~ a vessel ~ for accessing what lives beneath the surface of your conscious engagement with the world. Be held by daily discipline rather than good intentions.
If you’re feeling the call to be more human, drawn to collective wisdom, and willing to turn towards yourself without looking away, this is for you. It’s not a productivity challenge, a fitness challenge, or a substitute for therapeutic work. It’s a way of being with yourself and your environment. I think if it as 75 Hard for radical devotion.
It’s for those ready to make inner work a part of their daily lives, beyond courses or one-off experiences. The Vessel is designed to be challenging ~ but worth it.

About Francesca
I’m Francesca, an artist, guide, and educator. My approach draws from my professional and personal study of the arts, psychotherapy, and altered states.

FAQs
What happens if I miss or skip a non-negotiable? Do I have to restart from Day 1?
No restarts. If you skip, miss, or modify a daily non-negotiable, you simply add one day to your container. There is no partial credit, no self-punishment, and no starting over, just an extension of your practice until all 60 days of complete devotion are fulfilled.
What reading and audio materials are provided?
You will receive a curated reading list alongside selected self-hypnosis and meditation audio tracks. You will need to purchase or find the reading material on the list yourself - the full texts are not provided. You are also welcome to bring your own texts or audio practices if you prefer.
Why does the subtitle mention ‘75 Hard’ if the container is 60 days?
75 Hard is the cultural reference point for an unyielding, non-negotiable daily discipline. The Vessel takes that same level of rigor and turns it entirely inward for a dedicated 60-day cycle, a complete practice built on devotion rather than physical exertion.
Can I split up the 60 outdoor minutes, or does it have to be one block?
You can take it as one continuous 60-minute block or split it across your day (e.g., two 30-minute sessions). The essential rule is that this time must be outdoors, alone, and completely phone- and technology-free. No music, no podcasts, no input.
What is self-hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of focused attention and directed awareness. You may already know the feeling: becoming completely absorbed in music, losing track of time while creating something, or drifting into a vivid daydream. Guided self-hypnosis uses this capacity deliberately.
Is The Vessel a substitute for therapy or clinical treatment?
No. The Vessel is a self-exploration practice and education program, not a clinical treatment or therapy substitute. It is built for individuals who already feel grounded enough to engage in sustained, solitary inquiry.
The program taught by me in my capacity as an artist, mentor, and educator. The audios and suggested practices described here are non-clinical, non-therapeutic practices. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or mental health treatment.
