Overcoming childhood abuse and neglect - I provide a supportive environment for adults to process and heal from the challenging impact of adverse childhood experiences and developmental trauma.
Intimacy and sexual well-being - I provide a supportive space to explore sexual difficulties and sexual shame, helping you cultivate a more harmonious and fulfilling intimate life.
Attachment issues, including anxious attachment - I’ll help you understand and overcome unhealthy attachment patterns, fostering secure attachment and more fulfilling relationships.
Sleep issues - We’ll address the underlying factors disrupting restful sleep and establish sustainable solutions for better sleep to overcome insomnia, nightmares, and sleep anxiety.
Integrating non-ordinary states of consciousness - For those who have experienced psychedelic or altered states, I offer guidance in processing and integrating these profound experiences.

My approach combines various therapeutic modalities, including hypnotherapy, somatic methods, humanistic counselling, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and inner child work.

How we can work together
Short-term therapy or counselling may be the right approach if you are looking for support during a period of distress or difficulty. Medium or long-term therapy is more explorative and can help you understand your life, your relationships, and the patterns you’ve experienced.
Sessions typically happen weekly at a set time that works for both of us. I offer daytime and evening availability.
